04Do tenants have to pay?
No. The tenant app is free. Tenants can see their bills, payments and receipts and raise requests at no cost.
05Is my tenants' data safe?
Yes. ID documents are stored privately and only opened through short-lived secure links. Each landlord's data is kept separate.
06Can I collect rent online?
At launch you record cash, bank and mobile payments yourself. Online payments inside the app are on our roadmap.
07Which languages are supported?
English and Hindi from day one, with more languages on the way.
